European Commission Updates EUDR Information System User Guidehttps://www.mpoc.org.my/european-commission-updates-eudr-information-system-user-guide/The European Commission (EC) has published the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) Information System User Guide for Economic Operators (Version 3.0). The guide, updated on 16 September 2026 provides further practical guidance for operators utilising the system to meet EUDR requirements. The EUDR Information System is an online platform for the submission and management of Due Diligence Statements (DDS) and Simplified Declarations. It allows operators to provide the information required under the EUDR, including product details and information on the origin of relevant commodities and products.

EU Updates EUDR Product Scope: Additional Palm Oil Derivatives to Be Covered from December 2027https://www.mpoc.org.my/eu-updates-eudr-product-scope-additional-palm-oil-derivatives-to-be-covered-from-december-2027/The European Union (EU) has formally updated the product scope of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), following the conclusion of the public consultation on the draft Delegated Act proposing changes to Annex I of the Regulation. Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/2102 was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 17 September 2026 and entered into force on 18 September 20261,2. This update forms part of the simplification package intended to provide greater clarity for businesses and authorities ahead of the EUDR implementation in December 2026.
