Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to join our team at Bishnu Kedia Classes as an Office Operations & Student Support Executive.

Alongside our classes, a lot goes into helping students, answering their queries and keeping everyday work running smoothly. I’m looking for someone dependable who can take responsibility for these activities.

The work will include:

• Handling routine computer and office work.
• Managing basic backend operations on our website.
• Attending calls and replying to student messages.
• Maintaining records and working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

You should be comfortable communicating clearly and politely in English and Hindi. Familiarity with CA and CMA courses would be an added advantage.

This is an office-based role in Lake Town, Kolkata, so you should be able to commute regularly.

I’m looking for someone responsible, committed and willing to put in an extra hour when needed during busy periods.

Salary will be decided after the interview, based on your skills, experience and the responsibilities you can handle.
